Log into your KidsCity.in account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the clothing is unwashed, unworn, and tucked safely into its original packaging with all brand tags and invoices intact.
Free Doorstep Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your address within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no extra cost to you.
Refund or Replacement
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size immediately.
